Lampazos Waterfall

Embark on an unforgettable adventure with our Excursion to the Cascada de los Lampazos!

Departure from Córdoba at 8 a.m., passing through Carlos Paz. During a 1.5-hour journey on Provincial Route 34 Altas Cumbres, we will arrive at the Martín Fierro school in Pampa de Achala. From there, we will transfer and take a short ride in 4x4 vehicles to the mountain refuge, where we can enjoy the surroundings and the hospitality of its people or engage in another experience until the start time.

The adventure begins with a mountain trek of approximately 1.5 hours, during which we will enjoy unbeatable high mountain views. There, you can capture photographs and learn about the native flora and fauna.

At the waterfall, we will contemplate this natural resource of stunning scenic beauty, formed by a drop of the San Cristóbal stream, with a 20-meter-high fall, surrounded by maiten and tabaquillo trees.

Then, we will return to the refuge, where you can enjoy a delicious snack and a moment of recreation with the possibility of resting by the crystal-clear Lampazos stream until we start the return to the meeting point in Córdoba.
