General Terms and Conditions
“Planetadcla SAS “”Planetizar”” offers tourism services directly or through subcontracting. You can hire our services through our website and mobile phone.
Legal Capacity: By hiring our services, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Our services allow you to book dates for experiences.
Acceptance of Terms: By hiring our products or services, you accept the terms, conditions, and notices of the contract without changes, which are adjusted and governed by Law No. 18.829 and its amendments and regulations. The act of making the payment for the registration fee or travel reservation implies full knowledge and total acceptance of these General Conditions by both the agency and the passenger(s). These general conditions, along with the rest of the documentation provided to the passengers, will form the travel contract, as well as the necessary information for the passenger.
Documentation: It is your responsibility to have the necessary documentation in order (ID, driver’s license, valid passport, visas). This company has clearly and reliably informed you in advance about the requirements demanded by immigration, customs, and/or health authorities of the destinations included in the tour, being the passenger’s sole responsibility to have the personal documentation required by the authorities in each case and destination. It is an inexcusable obligation of the passenger to obtain and present the documentation when required by the immigration, police, and/or health authorities and/or whoever corresponds according to the type of trip chosen. We will provide information about these requirements in good faith, but without responsibility on our part. In Argentina, a passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of entry is required. For travel outside the Republic of Argentina, minors under 18 years of age must have express authorization, according to Law 26.994 and DNM Provisions, granted by both parents before a National Public Notary with the Legalization of the corresponding Public College. If the minor travels with both parents, in addition to the identity documents and visas of the entire family group, they must also present the original marriage certificate (original) or the legalized birth certificate to justify the parental relationship. If the minor travels with only one of the parents or guardians, in addition to the aforementioned requirements, the authorization of the non-traveling parent, also granted before a National Public Notary, with their signature legalized, must be presented to the national immigration authority. In all the cases mentioned, due to international standards, all travel documents must have an updated photograph of the minor to whom the identity document corresponds.
Prices: We will inform you of the prices via email and/or WhatsApp. Prices include VAT, may change without prior notice, and only include the services expressly specified in each service confirmation in the contracted itinerary, generally excluding extra expenses, laundry and ironing, tips, personal expenses, excess baggage, telephone calls, boarding fees, penalties for not performing online check-in, tolls, unless otherwise specified, service taxes, other taxes, customs duties, immigration or reservation management fees, cost and/or expenses for vaccines, tests and/or biochemical analyses and/or any expenses derived from health requirements demanded for entry to the destination or return to Argentina, withholdings or perceptions, current and/or future, costs and/or expenses derived from the urgent or express obtainment of travel documentation, or any other service not expressly indicated in the service order issued by this company.
Modifications: 1) Providers reserve the right, for technical, operational, and/or force majeure reasons – including epidemic or pandemic causes and health and immigration measures of the different countries where the tourist service is provided – to alter the daily schedule and/or services that make up the tour, before or during its execution. 2) Unless expressly stated otherwise, the stipulated hotels may be changed for another of equal or higher category within the same urban area at no additional cost to the passenger. Regarding these variations, as long as they are made for reasons of better comfort, service, and/or force majeure, the passenger will not have the right to any compensation. 3) The travel agency will have the right to cancel any tour when any of the circumstances provided for in art. 24 of Decree No. 2182/72 are met. 4) Once the trip has started, the suspension, modification, or interruption of services by the passenger for personal reasons of any kind will not give rise to any claim, refund, or return. The interruption of services due to the passenger’s fault incurs costs. In all cases, the travel agency undertakes to provide technical assistance so that the passenger can continue their journey under the best possible conditions according to their scope. The passenger must bear the costs of early return, according to the penalties charged by airlines or transport companies.
Acceptance of Terms: If you do not accept the terms and conditions, do not book any product or service. By booking, it is considered that you accept the terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy: When dealing with withdrawals that affect services firmly contracted by the Agency, the requested refund before the trip will be subject to the contractual conditions under which the respective companies, hotels, and/or operators at the destination provide their services. In all cases where refunds are to be made, the agency may retain the price of the incurred expenses plus a commission of ten percent of the services contracted with third parties, cfr. Art. 21 Dec. 2182/72. The deadlines for cancellations will begin to count from the moment this company receives reliable notice of the travel cancellation communication. The sums resulting from the application of penalties for cancellations in any circumstance or the deposits for tour or circuit registration will not be refundable, not compensated, nor applied to subsequent contracts. 2) In the case of withdrawals from credit operations, the amounts paid to the travel agency for reports, administrative expenses, stamps, and interest, if any, will not be refundable. 3) In all cases, special attention must be paid to the conditions of the respective service, e.g., hotels, cruises, ski resorts, insurance, etc., as well as if they are special events – Fairs, Congresses, and/or any major event, etc., since, in each case, each provider imposes its specific contracting conditions. During special events, the hotel service that is canceled will not be refundable. 4) Refunds or reimbursements in case of travel withdrawal for reasons inherent to the passenger will be subject to the following penalties, unless the provider determines other conditions regarding the specifically contracted service, which will be informed when hiring:
Cancellations 20 days before the service: no charge for early cancellation. Cancellations between 19 to 9 days before the service: 70% of the paid value is charged. Cancellations 8 days before the service: no refund. No-show at the excursion: no refund.
Contract: A reservation becomes effective once we receive your deposit. By doing so, you accept our Terms and Conditions. The contract includes all persons in the same reservation. The main person guarantees having authority for all the others.
Payment: To secure a reservation, you must deposit 100% of the total amount. If you do not do so, we will consider the reservation canceled. Payment can be made by transfer or credit card.
Alterations and Cancellations by the Client: Any changes to the reservation must be confirmed by the main person. Any additional costs will be borne by the client. Cancellations must be communicated in writing and will be subject to the provisions of Clause 7 of this document.Changes and Cancellations by Planetadcla SAS “”Planetizar””: We may need to modify itineraries due to local conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or change services or prices without compensation, but we will try to notify you as soon as possible. If a significant change is necessary, you may accept the change, take another tour, or cancel and get a refund, except in cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, conflicts, adverse weather conditions, etc.). We are not responsible for inconveniences beyond our control.
Right to Stay Limitations: Planetadcla SAS “”Planetizar”” reserves the right to make any passenger leave the tour at any point if their conduct, behavior, health condition, or other serious reasons, in the judgment of the company, cause or could cause discomfort to the other travelers or jeopardize the success of the excursion or its normal development.
Privacy Policy: We collect and use personal data according to our privacy policy. Data will be used only for necessary matters to provide the services, such as the liability insurance we contract. We are committed to protecting your privacy and not selling, transferring, or distributing your information without your consent.
Cookie Policy: We use cookies to improve your experience on our website. By using our services, you accept the use of cookies. You can block and delete cookies in your browser settings, although this may affect the availability of some services.
Collection of Personal Information: We may collect personal information such as emails and phone numbers and some other data necessary to provide the service (like insurance).
Own and Third-Party Cookies: We use our own and third-party cookies to identify preferences and offer basic functionalities. Third-party cookies are managed by other companies and may be necessary for forms or advertising outside our website.
Medical Insurance: We do not provide medical insurance, but we recommend acquiring one from a recognized insurance company.
Complaints: If you have a complaint during the trip, inform our coordinator or representative so we can resolve it. If you do not do so at the time, it will reduce your ability to claim compensation. Complaints must be sent in writing within 28 days after the trip.
Liability: We ensure that the trip is offered as described and that the services meet reasonable standards. We are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, damages, losses, additional expenses, delays, or irregularities caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
Authorization to Use Image: I hereby authorize Planetadcla SAS “”Planetizar”” to use, display, and/or reproduce the images, videos, and sounds recorded during the activities, excursions, and other instances during the contracted trip, for advertising purposes only for this company in audiovisual media, graphics, the internet, social networks, public areas, and/or any other support.
Applicable Rules: The present conditions and, where applicable, the provision of services will be governed by these general conditions, by Law No. 18.829, its regulatory decree, and concordant regulations, as well as the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation and the Consumer Defense Law, known by the parties. All documentation generated in favor of the passenger and delivered to the Agency as a result of the trip will form the Travel Contract and is confidential information, protected by the Personal Data Protection Law – Law 25326. In air commercial matters, the stipulations of the Aeronautical Code, Montreal Conv., and Res. 1532/98 M.E.O. and S.P. apply. Regarding payments, the communications from BCRA related to the foreign exchange outflow in force at the date and the norms of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation regarding money obligations when dealing with legal tender or things to be given when dealing with foreign currency apply.”
